I've seen it. It's white. They use it on the farm where I used to work to enrich the soil. They are not planting anything this year and just want to get rid of what they have.

Something to consider gypsum is not always white. If the gypsum you are getting is from a power plant and used in desulfurization of the flue gas it could be anything from almost pure white to dingy grey. Just something to think about.
