I am of the mind that a tow mixer will not agitate the wood chip evenly thru the slurry as woodchip by its nature will want to migrate to the surface the higher the water content the greater this migration so I am leaning toward a firmer mix. paper wood chip mixed in a drum transfered to a standard mixer for the addition of cement???
