Hi ron I have no pics of this but it is simply a 8"high mould on a solid bed a top compression plate block and tackle raising and lowering a 200litre=200 kilograms drum of water, once i have the university test report back I will make it air operated and self ejecting with a lower ram as well.. to my mind the higher the compression the lower the R value and moisture penertration, conversely the higher the compression the lower the evaporation and my big dread Expansion the weak point of most compressed timber products http://www.australianhardboards.com.au/assets/pdf/brochure_tempered.pdf so I will be doing a variety of load tests blocks from zero to 1000kilogram,just trying to find the optimum.
