Well that is almost short sleeves weather. -40 -50 and in some places even colder with wind chill factor. But if you like crystal clear days and long nights watching the aurora while wearing super insulated bibs, boots, jacket and mittens, and can keep the faith that the sun will be back eventually, there is no place better!
