The first step is to find a structural engineer. I would expect that the engineer could provide contacts for testing. Don't expect this to come cheap though, I was told that around here (Kansas), it costs about $600 to have an engineer stamp your plans. That's just to certify what you already designed...it's more if they have to do any of the design work. This may be the most expensive shed you ever build.
