[papercreters] Group Reminder

It has been a while since the principles that this group is based on
have been discussed. Now looks like a good time to review them.

The foundation of Papercreters is you, our members. While our obvious
focus is on papercrete, it's our members that make this group what it
is. We all count on each other to make this group great. We share our
thoughts, opinions, and experinces about papercrete. We also learn
about papercrete from each other.

For the purposes of this group, any material that has a significant
amount of paper fibers as a component is considered a form of
papercrete. While this may not fit the technical definition of
papercrete, it makes sense for our discussions. That means that
padobe, fidobe, fibercrete, fibercement, paper adobe, fiber-ferro
cement, and a long list of other terms are all fair game for
discussion. Tools used to make and install papercrete are appropriate
to discuss. Codes, inspectors, and architecture as they relate to
papercrete are also fair game.

As long as a post is related to papercrete and is respectful of others
it is welcome here. We do a pretty good job of staying on topic. From
time to time we might stray a little, but we usually get back to
papercrete fairly quickly.

Each of our volunteer moderators has full authority to address any
situation they feel isn't appropriate for this group. As a rule, we
tend to treat spammers with extreme disdain. For the most part our
members are very well behaved and don't try to post inappropriate
material. We're not perfect, but our members have been a joy to work
with for the most part. THANK YOU. Once in a while someone may go a
little too far, but almost always a side email from a moderator will
nudge someone appropriately.

Anyone that appreciates the efforts that our moderators put into
keeping this group running smoothly should take a moment and thank
them. That's the only compensation they receive. Of course, I think
the best thanks is to take full advantage of what this group has to
offer. Ask lots of questions and help others as best you can. Seeing
others learn and have fun gives me plenty of warm fuzzies!

Respectful humor is not only acceptable, but it is encouraged. This
should be FUN after all!

Please help this group continue to be fun and educational. We have
helped each other a great deal. Let's keep that spirit alive.

ENJOY!
