Have you ever looked closely at his stick framing? He does not use a
continuous piece of wood, but very often 'sisters' the studs to achieve
the length. Things like that, the inspectors where I used to live in
Canada would have given a thumbs down. No reason to, but they would
have. That is more latitude than many inspectors will give. And Dan is
a Journeyman Electrician himself. I love his new Bone House that is his
current project.
