[papercreters] Papercrete "fill" material question

Wondering if paper's all that should be used in papercrete. Are there materials that can (and conversely, can't) be used in papercrete? I know from reading that PC is possible because the molecular structure of the paper soaks up the 'crete.

Among the materials I'm looking at are; chipped wood, mulched leaves, corn stalks, and similar detritus.

Of these types of materials, are their properties similar enough to be used in PC in the same fashion?
