BTDT - In a former lifetime I had an electrical contracting company that was targeted by the labor union, and destroyed. I kept the paperwork for the required seven years, then it went into pc.  It was mostly computer printout, ledger books, and government paperwork. It felt great to pulp it and lay it to rest, good closure.
