Here's how Yahoo treats graphic files:   The individual email setting transmits graphic attachments and other files also.   It also passes inserted pictures if you are set for "full featured".   If you are only set for "traditional" you will not see them, just as setting emails for "plain text" will not allow you to see the formatting.   Those who for some unknown reason do not get individual emails will get and see nothing.

You can always go over to the Papercreters Google Mirror (there's a
link on our links page). Find the same message over on the mirror and
look at the bottom of the particular post in question. Thumbnail
images will usually be listed. If you want a full sized image, click
download and pull down the full sized version off the Google site.
