The largest panels that I have tried were 4'x8'x6". IIRC the mix had little to no portland cement. They took a long time to dry due to several thunderstorms. I was impatient and tried to move them before they were ready so they broke. I used a circular saw to cut the remains into smaller pieces that were used for other purposes. Overall not a satisfactory experiment.
