IIRC ammonium phosphate is the main ingredient in Grancrete, which is a high strength fast curing concrete product. It is an accelerant, making the cure time about fifteen minutes. Since it is used as a fertilizer it should be available from farm suppliers.

The fire proofing properties would be great, but I wonder how the fast set times would work with pc. For small batches it should not be too much of a problem, but I usually don't empty my large mixer into molds that fast.

I'm looking forward to seeing your test results.

This product might be worth looking into as a pc component. Anybody have any ?? Know where to acquire?? I'm game to test.
