Have you or anyone else on the list tested any of these
latex/elastomeric/pricklypear stuccos to see if they are 100%
waterproof? Any experience with durability (ie - how long have you
had these out in the weather, and any signs of deterioration)?
Do you have to reapply after 10 years or something?
