I'm looking forward to following your efforts. I'd be interested in learning more about whatever preparation work you have already accomplished.
What is the terrain like on your site?
Can you give any details about your particular climate?
Are you in an area that requires building permits?
Do you have any drawings or architectural plans?
Have you built a scale model?
What have you done to decide exactly where on your property you plan on placing your structure?
How will exact building location and orientation on your site impact things like drainage, passive solar gain, existing landscape?
What major tools and equipment (especially heavy equipment) do you already have that us tool obsessed guys can fawn over?
Will you be living on-site during construction?
Do you get annoyed when somebody pesters you with a whole bunch of questions at once? hehehe
