My only concern on storing paper is to keep the mold out.
As a handmade paper maker, mold can come all to often.
We will keep ours covered unless very hot dry weather.
I am so allergic to mold that we are over careful. I would do a test . Do a small floor, try your whole method out, watch it for a month and check for strength.
I for one am always coming up with ideas to test. My plan is to do the French drains, the Earthbags and then papercrete blocks three high, then forms on top of that.
This should cut down on some labor time. Have to find out how loing forms have to stay up, so that forms can be moved over.
Water recovery is needed, so have to design system to reuse and pump to new batch.
Been reading about passive solar, but book is from 1997 or so. We do not want a concrete floor with blocks under that, so need good references for terra tile floors and passive solar.
Land in high wind, high dessert area where it can get to -40 below with windchill.
Only wood stove, resue gray water, no AC, olny windpower, passive solar and solar to pump water and laundry etc.
Merry Christmas for all.
Blizzard headed our way, 10-14 inches of new snow.
Getting Keroscene heater and generator ready.
We live in the city now, but have to be prepare!!!!

I am planning a 12x16 pier and beam cabin on my property in oklahoma. I want to use some infill cordwood with PC mortar. Has anyone heard of using cordwood on raised floor. I'm wondering if it might be too heavy? Also, where does everyone store their paper? Do you keep it covered? Will moisture hurt the paper before you mix it?
Hope everyone has a great holiday!!
