P.S,...... almost forgot the most important virtues of the wet-wall
scheme. The utility "closet" is located more towards the interior of the
home bringing the water in away from potential freeze situations. The
hotwater heater/ Solar storage tank acts as a tempering agent in
potential freeze scenarios. I have deliberately insulated these interior
walls so one can be gone and not rely on "back-up.
