i have made garden planters and pots out of papercrete- (using paper , not peat moss-
i think that's called 'Hypertuffa?')
and it works well- 2 and 3 years down the track they are fine in spite of being wet most of
the time. I used cloth dipped in portland slurry to make the armature- wrapper it around
a big plastic drum or in the case of the planter, a rectangular plastic bin then papercrete
render over that once it had 'set up' ( inside and out)
