We use papercrete in Texas, only 125 miles from the Gulf. We are a very
wet and humid climate, our two seasons are mud pit and desert, so yes,
papercrete will do well. Yes, slip forming is commonly used. What
recipe depends on what you have available, what kind of paper? what kind
of sand/soil? And, on what you are doing? Ceiling panels are usually
made to be very light weight, thus no sand in the mixture where as a
wall may be very heavy from using a 50/50 clay/paper mixture.
