I think you meant lightweight concrete.    Up where you live pumicecrete is often used as lightweight concrete since pumice is readily available and much lighter than sand.

I make mine lighter by substitutine vermaculite for sand. That also slows down its' setting allowing me to carve up to 24 hours.
