[papercreters] Mixer Design Challenge

We have many individuals that have a wide variety of expertise.
Several enjoy commenting on designs. Here's your chance to shine.
Prove your skills and design the ultimate mixer!

I challenge you! Put your pencil where your comments are.

Here are a few design criteria that I think are appropriate.

1. Safe. Make sure the mixer pulps the paper and not the
papercreter. Minimize any elecrical shock hazards if appropriate.
Minimize exposure to dangerous mechanical moving parts.

2. Volume. Capable of producing AT LEAST as much papercrete as a
200 gallon tow mixer in a day.

3. Availablity. Anyone can acquire the parts and build it most
anywhere. Used parts from salvage yards are acceptable, but make
sure your costs are appropriate for anyone to get at that price.
Avoid exotic parts that are difficult to get.

4. Cost. Two classes $500 budget and $5000 budget. Enter a design
for either class or both.

5. Durability. The mixer should survive long enough to build at
least 5 typical papercrete homes with appropriate maintenance. No
patching of leaks. No replacing big expensive parts. Regular
lubrication, blade sharpening, replacement of worn belts, and similar
maintenance is appropriate.

6. Accessability. A handy person should be able to build it, but an
experienced professional mechanic or steel worker should not be
required unless the costs for hiring the professional are included in
the budget.
